How does a Spinning Class work?
In a Spinning class, you'll ride a specially designed stationary bike to background music and a motivated instructor. Each bike has a control knob that allows you to adjust the tension. Need a challenge? Increase the tension. Legs turning to jelly? Turn the tension down. Ride at your own pace.

Sometimes you'll pump your legs extra fast. Sometimes you'll stand in your seat to simulate riding up a hill. Your legs may burn. Your arms will tire. Then you'll slow down and catch your breath. Before you know it, Spinning® class is over. And you can't wait to do it again

Total Spin is a unique Printing House class which consists of spinning followed by 30 minutes of intense sculpting in our fitness studio. The sculpting portion of the class focuses on your abdominals and upper body
